When will my order be shipped?

Orders paid for by credit card are ready to be shipped within 7 days.

Orders paid for with a money order or cashiers check are ready to be shipped within 7 days.

Orders paid for with a personal check are held for clearance for 10 business days.

Will I receive an order confirmation from Kozy Kidswear?
	Yes, within 24 hrs of placing your order you will receive an order confirmation directly from Kozy Kidswear. Please check to make sure that everything is correct. At the bottom of the email you will find the ship out date for your order. Back to Top

Do you make custom orders?
	Yes we do. If your looking for a special size or color or whatever you have in mind simply email us with your request and we will get back to you to discuss it. We will try our best to help you out! Back to Top

Are your products only made out of fleece?
	Yes we deal only with fleece at this time. We use the best fleece available today. Malden Mills fleece is soft, durable and warm. It's doesn't pile so it will hold up well washing after washing. Back to Top

What if I need to exchange or return an item?
	As long as the item has not been worn or washed we will gladly do a 100% refund or exchange within 30 days of the invoice date. You will find our return policy on the bottom of the invoice you receive with your order and it can also be viewed on our site at: Return Policy Back to Top

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
	Yes we will glady ship to any military base using US Priority Mail. There are no additional shipping charges for this. Please use AE or AP as the state for APO and FPO addresses. Please note delivery times may be longer. Back to Top

This is a gift, do you offer gift cards?
	Yes we can enclose a gift card with your order. After placing your items in the shopping cart you will select Pay+Finish. When you proceed to final check out you will see an input box for Notes and Instructions. Let us know in that box what you would like the card to read. Do you accept international orders?
	Sorry but at this time we are no longer shipping outside of the U.S. Back to Top

What are the washing instructions for your products?
	Warm wash. Tumble dry low. Do not use bleach. Avoid use of fabric softeners. Do not iron or dry clean. Each of our products comes with washing instructions. Back to Top

Do the carseat covers fit convertible seats?
	No, our carseat covers only fit over infant carseats/carriers. Back to Top
